Individual Holistic Wellness Coaching

Individual Holistic Wellness Coaching is one-on-one, face-to-face (local clients only) or online (virtual) coaching that focuses on very specific personal wellness goals to improve physical functioning and mindset. Individual coaching occurs over either a 3-month or 6-month period. Clients commit to two, 60-minute coaching sessions monthly to check-in for assessment, review, and feedback regarding targeted goals.

Individuals generally select individual coaching if they have more difficulty with staying on-track with their goals, need a higher level of accountability, or want to acquire specific fitness/wellness goals.

I specialize in coaching that addresses clients who are looking to transition to a plant-based diet (vegan or vegetarian), keto diets, and diets for specific fitness/physique/performance goals. Clients receive education around meal prepping, grocery shopping, flexible dieting, eating in social settings as well as cleansing and detoxing for digestive health.
